Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I had child support dropped on me through the court, at my ex-wife request, It was dismissed without prejudice. The thing is she dropped it in the state the orginal order was made, But she did not notify the state she lives in. Now she has had 3 different case #'s in the state she lives in, I have never been served papers from her state for child support, Today my bank acct. was drained. from the state child support office in her state, What can I do to stop actions before she actually gets a 10,000 check that is not owed to her. She has manipulated both states & me as well, She is in Ga. I live in Tn
