child support

My ex husband got fired July 11 2007. His company took his child support out of his check until his final check. They havent sent me anything that was took out from June 7 till he got fired. Can I take a warrant out for theft of my property?

Probably not. However, the circumstances surrounding the arrangement whereby the employer was deducting child support need to be explored. It may turn out that you have some legal avenue you can pursue. Consult with a local attorney.
