Child Support from incarserated spouse

Is it possible to get child support from an incarserated spouse?

It's possible but not very likely. If you have filed for divorce and he is under an order to pay, then he would have a court-ordered duty and obligation to pay child support. Whether he could pay or not would depend on his income or finances. 99% of the time if he's in jail he is not working, has no income, and has no ability to pay.
