Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Does child support include Christmas presents? The worksheet completed when filing for child support asks for all expenses for the kids. I included everything. Now my ex assumes his child support covers all gifts since everything was included in the worksheet and I should give him half of the Christmas presents I bought and put under the tree.

Christmas presents aren't child support - period.
