Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

can child support be increased without notice. I went to court for a hearing that I requested wth child support serivces. The Judge aid he wll contact me via mail his decision but I never received anything from the court but received a notice from my employer that the child support is going to be more. I received the letter on June 16 and on my check June 17, it was already taken out. what can I do?

You had notice.

You had a hearing. The judge reserved his decision for later and you lost.

As for what can you do now, very little. Discuss it with your lawyer (surely you didn't do this wthout counsel). In some cases you might have rights to seek a new trial or appeal, depending on things you have not told us, and the time to do this will be limited.
