Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

new child support laws

With the change to the new law, do we need to have a lawyer to go before a judge or is there a way to just get in to see one without all the legal fees and hassles. The last attorney we used did nothing for us.

There is no new child support law (yet). New guidelines will appear in 2006. Withe ither the current or the new ones, it is very hard to do any case with a child without legal counsel.
