Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

new child support laws in state of georgia

Now that there are new laws in effect in the state of Georgia and they take the females salary into the equation. If the ex- that has custody of the kids gets married again will they take the new spouses salary into consideration to reduce child support for the other ex?

The form and statute do not take that into account. A judge could choose to now, as he could have before, weigh that into his calculation.
