Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child support

How do i legalize my child support without going thru social services (dhr)? Currently he pays 240.00 a month for one child a friend stated that he makes 12.00 an hour, and he works part time as a barber. Paternity has never been established in which im sure and he havent doubted her. He's not on the birth certificate and all i want is proof that he's her father and the money coming thru legally. So my main question is if signs the birth certificate will that stand in court for social sec. Reasons in case something happened to him? And i want to know if we can have an amount established based on his income and something set up in writing, without going thru social service (dhr)?

Re: Child support

If you're agreeable on everything, we can do a paternity/legitimization caae that would set support, custody and other issues (and usually can amend the birth certificate as well).

Call me to discuss it.
