Child support

I live in Georgia and my ex lives in Ill. I have a child support order for him pay 400.oo a month a he must carry medical covrage for my son.Well he added my son to his ppo that is located in Ill. we can't use the covrage in georgia at all.My son needs med everyday of his life.What can I do My son needs coverage that he can use where we live.By the way we were living here when the order was put in place.

Two options,

1. File a contempt of court charge and ask that he get insurance that covers your child in GA; or

2. Apply for Peachcare if you qualify and ask him to pay the premium, probably the cheapest route.
