getting child support

i had a child when i was married to her dad filed for a divorce and we put in the divorce papers we had no kids he helped for a while and quit how can i get child support now

Let's see. You say that you and your ex committed perjury (a felony) and falsified sworn pleadings? You will probably need both a criminal lawyer and a divorce lawyer, and it may be very difficult to straighten this out. You are at risk of going to jail.
