child support modification

I want to file a child support modification. Do I file in the county I live in or the county the custodial parent lives?

Re: child support modification

Usually it would be filed where the custodial parent lives.

If the case is uncontested, and that parent waives venue, it also may be filed where the visiting parent lives.
