Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child support modification

My husband lost his job and can not maintaing the same child support. We have no money for an attorney and he does not want to be in contempt of court by not paying. We would like to go in front ot the judge ourselves to have the amount decreased. However, we need the correct forms etc to file. The Public Defender or the Legal Aid department will not help. Can you help us with the correct proceedures and documents that need to be files?
