Ex is behind on child support

My ex is a few months behind on child support and now is working under the table with a relative in New York. The child support recovery here in Georgia is slow about serving him but I been told if I go through the D.A. office in New York where my ex is I can get it done quicker. Would I have to go to New York to do the paper work also? And would going through the D. A. office be a better option?

Have you contacted Maximus Child Support Enforcement? I don't know if an individual can go through the D.A. in New York. It might have to be the child support enforcement agency.
