Child support has to be resolved all over again in the divorce. Support laws are far more complex than they were in 1999. You definitely need legal counsel.

You should obtain another order. More likely than not, the person's income has increased in the last 10 years. Moreover, the custody order may influence the amount of support. You should have a lawyer who will discuss property division, debt responsiblity, child support, and child custody.
