Child support overturned for non-paternity

If a father has established through a DNA test that he is not the biological father of a child, after he signed the birth certificate, can the child support order be overturned?

The answer is it depends. How long has the child support order been in effect? Did the father have any idea he was not the father previously? Did the mother lie to the Court about paternity? More facts are needed
