Child support

i am currently paying too much for child support. what legal step do i need to take to have this adjusted?

You should definitely file an action for modification of your child support obligation. The forms are available at no cost at the Fulton County Family Law Center. You can access these forms from there website. I also suggest that you seek counsel if the process becomes too complicated for you. You can file a Petition to Modify, but you should first consult with a local attorney to see if a "material change in condition" has taken place that would justify filing.
