Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child support Question. My daughters father n I were never married. He signed a birth certificate and a legitimation form. He doesnt have any actual job but he is a beneficiary of a trust set up from a wrongful death case from his dads death. He doesnt get a set amount from it but he gets what he wants most of the time. It pays all his bills, buys clothes and cars ect. he just has to ask. This past month alone i think he withdrew around $10,000. Is that something that could be used as income? He has several accounts involved including an investment account.
