What is the best way to get my child support rasied ? He was ordered to pay $50.00 a month and has only paid 3 times in 15 years

Before you try to raise future support, it would make sense to enforce PAST support. With your numbers he owes almost $9000 plus interest. And if he hasn't paid for 15 years, since support stops at age 18, a future modification won't help much.

You can either pay a lawyer or go to the state. The state can both seek back support and, if appropriate, a modification.
