Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child support termination

I would like to know if I need to begin any legal process. My Divorce decree reads ''support shall continue until child has graduated from high school, died, married, entered the Untied States Armed Forces or otherwise becomes emancipated, or reached the age of eighteen years, whichever shall first occur, except the if child is still enrolled full time in secondary school after her 18th birthday, said support payments shall continue until child completes or leaves secondary school, but in no event past her twentieth birthday''. The child is 19 yrs old. I have a letter from her school that says she has not been enrolled nor has she attended since 2/07 and she is not currently enrolled. I am still current in payments. Can I stop paying without filing a modification request? Can her mother cause me grief if the stop payment has not been legally established? Please help! Thank you.
