Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child support and visitation rights

My wife and I are separated via a restraining order held against me due to allegations of my wife, which will end on April of 2007. In the meantime the aforementioned order states that I have to pay child support to my wife in the amount of $500 per month and that I can visit (take home) my two daughters evey other weekend. Issues: 1) After two visitations since the order was signed by her, me and my lawyer, my wife has denied me to see my kids... 2) I am not working (and still job hunting) so how am I suppose to pay the child support if I have no income right now? What can I do about the those two issues?

"my wife has denied me to see my kids"

You can file contempt against her,

"I am not working (and still job hunting) so how am I suppose to pay the child support if I have no income right now?"

She can file for contempt against you. Work it out.
