Child Support and Vistitation
I cannot legaly see my children but am required to pay child support. my ex wife is taking me to court once again on abandonment charges with the child support because i have been out of work. Should i even be paying if i have no rights?

Re: Child Support and Vistitation
Plain and simple: If you have sex with someone plan for 18 years to support the result (or get a vasectomy). You must support your child.
Having said that, if you want rights to see the child, that is also your fault. You don't have those because you have failed to pay a lawyer to properly legitimitize the child. It will cost money (a lot of she argues and not so much if she agrees), but what could be more important than your child?
