child support

my wife and i have been living together for the past 10years.Just two weeks ago she decided to just take everything and leave.I received a summons that i had to responed to within 30 days. in regards to child support, this letter was filed Jan.Right now I have no idea were my son is, what is my rights at this moment.How should i go about taking the proper legal action.

The proper action is to hire a lawyer well before 30 days run from your receipt of the paperwork. It will be expensive, but it is an absolutely necessary step.
