Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child Support Worksheet

A csw was filed with the court in a divorce case by a friend's ex attorney - however it states that her client, the Plaintiff, makes $1,000/mo however, she does not work and has not and has always been the ''homemaker'' and caregiver of the children. The Defendant's atty also put that on his CSW. We are in process of searching for new atty, but that is a lie and the CS calculation is incorrect since she has $0 income. Any reason why they would put that on there? She had no idea until she reviewed the file at the courthouse. Can she send the Judge a letter stating such?

Re: Child Support Worksheet

You are asking for guess on why someone did something, in case no one here knows anything about. Ask the new lawyer what to do.
