Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
child visitation
My exwife has an existing visitation order for our two children. She has not allowed me to visit my children for one year and has previously moved out of this country. I have previously taken her to court two times, but the judge only slapped her on the wrist. I feel that the law is allowing me to pay her, but won't do anything to my ex. Do I have any legal rights? If so, what can be done?

Re: child visitation
The terms of the visitation order/decree are supposed to control visitation. If your ex-wife will not abide by the terms, than you may move to have her held in contempt for not adhering to the terms. In addition, you can seek to modify the custody decree to increase your visitation rights.
