Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Child Visitation
I have a stepson that is allowed visitation with his biofather.
We live out of state.
Are my wife and I required to ''turn over'' our son to a ''third party'' family member in order to meet the visitation requirements of the decree?
I.E. Biofather sends a ''relative'' to pick up his bioson

Re: Child Visitation
Probably, although without actually reading your wife's divorce decree there is no way to give you a "yes" or "no" answer. Most Texas decrees include a provision allowing a conservator to designate someone else to act for them.
