Child visitation

My stepson has been divorced from his first wife for about ten years now. He has one child by her, a son. He got behind on his child support.But his wages are garnished and he makes support payments to her. His x wife has refused to let him see his son for about 2 years. He was awarded visitation at the time of his divorce. But he had some mental problems and since that time he takes medicine for his problem and is married for third time. First wife doesn't like 3rd wife.She allows my stepsons mom to see the child.Step Son can't afford attorney what can he do?

He can file a contempt action to enforce the visitation provision in the divorce decree. There are some isssues involved that may effect the success or failure of such a motion. You can contact my office for further consultation on the matter.
