I have a child with a woman and we are not married we have recently seperated and I want to know what rights I have for visitation

You can seek such rights by hiring a lawyer and seeking legitimization, which also will determine custody, support and other issues.

You have no access rights to the child, only a duty to support. Failure to support the child could result in criminal abandonment charges filed by the mother. To get access rights you need to file a legitimation action. You should consult with a family law attorney to do this. Once legitimated you can establish your parental rights, such as custody and visitation.
