Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child out of Wedlock

I live in GA and I had a child out of wedlock. The mother is not allowing me to have any rights to visit my son. For the first 3 months I was able to visit often, but it now down to no visitation rights at all. I have given her money for support andmade purchases for my sonand the mother costing over $3,000.

We are going to court next month to legitamize the child. I want my son to have my last name, since I am the last son to pass it on.

Whats rights do I have in GA? and is it likley I can get him to have my last name to pass it down?
