Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Have two children never been married

what is my custody wrights if I have never been married to my childrens father. and He has not lagiamized them but his name is on the birth cirtificate and he has been ordered to pay child support. If no other court order is in affect would I be concidered the legal costodian of these children in the eyes of the law without having to go to court?

In georgia the mother of the child is the custodian of an illegtimate child

In your message, you mention a court order requiring the father to pay support. In my experience, that order would state if you are the custodian, since child support is only available to the legal custodian of the child. Check the language of the court order.
