Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My children's father recently passed away, We had plans to change our son's last name to his since he was there at the time of his birth, how do I go about getting that changed now that he's no longer here? We also have unborn child who is expected to make her arrival May 26th, How do I go about getting his name on the birth certificate? Please HELP! I have been searching for information on this for a few weeks now. I want my babies to have their daddy's last name and carry his legacy on. THANKS!

You may not get all this done before May 26, and part has to wait for birth, but after May 26 see a lawyer who can file a name change case in Superior Court for both children and you can then have the state amend the birth certificate based on the name change case.
