If my child\'s father have a bad recard could he get owr child laagitamize even if you we were never married and i don\'t want him to?

There's no way to answer this question as you gave us no details. "Bad record" doesn't tell us anything. Are the crimes serious? Minor? Old? New? Has he shown an interest in parenting? What kind of parent are you? We also don't know if he has filed a case (in which case you need a lawyer) or if he has not (in which case you have asked a question you do not need to be concerned with unless he actually files).
