Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My child's father filed for full custody and we have not gone to court yet .I'm still working on my response because he says he wants us to raise him together but in case it doesn't work out he doesn't want to ask for permission to take him.So he wants us,right now to fill out the permanent parenting plan.So I'm wondering if I sign joint custody and things don't work out in the future will I b able to leave the state.Because he says he won't allow it that's y he wants joint custody to keep me here in G.a

First of all you need a lawyer. Let me repeat and stress that. You should not be "filling in forms." What you do right (or wrong) will affect whether you see your child and how often you do (and whether you can move with the child). If the child matters to you, get counsel, and do not sign anything he prepares without counsel.
