Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I let my childs friend live in my home for 5 months she left home. Her mom has come and took her home. Her mother keeps threating to file charges against me.Whats the statue of limitations on that. The said child turns 18 in 60 days.

Statute of limitations on what? You leave out most relevant facts. On what authority did you keep the child? Certainly you did not do something like that without parental permission (and even then it could have been a very bad idea). What charges is she threatening? If you committed a crime, the limitations period is generally years.
