We haven't seen the custody papers (if any), don't know what state and county they are from, and don't know if the parties are or are not agreeable. Your first step is to sit down with a lawyer (bring all the paperwork) as the details impact the answer dramatically.

You may also want to hurry. There is talk of abolishing a child's right to choose in Georgia, and that could adversely affect you.
