my grandmoter gave me money now she is sueing me for it can she do that

If she actually GAVE it to you, with no strings attached, and you can prove that, then it is a gift and she can't take it back. However, she is apparently taking the position that it was a conditional gift or a loan, and she wants it back. A judge may have to decide.
