In Clayton county ga, when a couple is married and has a child, in a child support establishing case will the court still make it mandatory for the father to take a paternity test. If so under what circumstances would this happen.

It depends on the Judge and if the father challenges paternity. You need to take your paperwork to an attorney and have it reviewed.
