Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If there is a CLEAR case of alienation of affection, stalking, ect...what can be done in Ga since they abolished that years ago? Is there any hope in a civil suit against the other person?

You can't file a civil suit for a cause of action that doesn't exist.

They haven't abolished stalking. You can still get a TPO. Contact the clerk of Superior Court.
