Code of Ethics for an attorney

Is is ethical for an attorney that has been hired for a divorce not disclose information about himself being reported to the State Bar and that his personal attorney in that matter represent the other party

I don't know of any rule that requires disclosure of the attorney's being reported to the bar. I'm not saying there's nothing there, but people file all kinds of crazy things with the state bar, the state medical association, the plumbers group, etc. Check with the State Bar. As to the other attorney situation, there might be some type of conflict, but I can't tell based on the facts you have stated. Consult with a local attorney.
