Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

common law marriage / inheretence

hi i have a large inheretence coming that i think my gf is interested in she keeps trying to marry me, and talk about common law marriage. I need to know if inheretence is effected by 'common law marriage' and if her putting me on her health insurance claiming me as a 'domestic partner' at her job would legally bind me to a common law marriage automatically. thank you for your help in advanced!

Before marrying your girlfriend, consider seeing a lawyer to do a prenuptial agreement.
