Am I completely liable for my wifes debt? She has many credit cards maxed out and has used loans which have depleted our savings. She has re- financed our home without my signture. She is a hoarder of antiques, jewelry and art. She makes over 100K a year and I only make 58k. Will I have to bear this burden by myself? Even our income tax checks have been cashed without my signature. Will I be the one to bear this burden if I leave her?

There's no way to answer you because you haven't said if you're on the debts also.
Additionally, her action with the tax check is a felony. However, if you failed at the time to have her arrested, you have in essence consented to the crime and probably can't pursue it.
