Compliance with decree

my ex-wife was ordered to give me the dining room funiture. When I came to pick up she had replaced the set with a less expensive one in the basement. Since I had a buyer for the original set I cannot begin making any payments to her on our split student loan debt. The original set was specifically ordered in the decree. What term is used to describe her contempt??
