Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Would it be a conflict of interest for an attorney to represent a wife in a divorce action while a another in the law firm acts as a bankruptcy trustee for the estranged husband before the divorce action has been resolved?

Probably, and if that is happening, it should be reported to the State Bar of Georgia and the United States Trustee.
