Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I don't know if this is considered legal stuff but I just wanted to know of in the state of Georgia if my mother told me to get out of her house is it legal for me to leave even if I'm under the age of 18?

Your mother could face criminal prosecution if she failed to take care of you until age 18.
