Contempt of Child Support Order

I have been found in contempt of child support order dated 1992, my children are now 24 and 27, the arrears were as of 12/2004, I have been in & out of work lived in my car, hotels, have just now started making money. Should I get a attorney, for superior court, can I defend by saying that this lein is aganist my constitutional rights as a human being, not a corporate entity

There is no Constitutional right to avoid paying support, and your children had a right to be supported by you. Be glad that you now can afford to pay what you owe.

Give up your off-the-wall idea. No attorney would assist you with something that frivolous.

But do consult a lawyer to determine if the amounts sought are correct and to negotiate appropriate payment.
