Contempt of Court

A Marital Separation Agreement Signed by ex-spouse agreeing to assume responsibility for a home equity loan and to remove me as joint member hasn't been followed thru within the 30 day time limit. What can I do to save my credit status as he is not making payments and isn't he in contempt of court?

Consult with an attorney. It sounds like he is in contempt. However, to protect your credit, beg, borrow or steal to keep the payments current.
