Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I had a contempt hearing Monday regarding child support. My attorney had made a discovery request which the other side did not comply with. At the hearing, my attorney failed to bring the written discovery request with her. She told the judge we requested it orally (not true, I have a copy of the request). Before the judge gives a ruling is there any way I can get that written request to the judge?

You have a lawyer. That is who answers your questions about a pending case. You need to discuss the issues with your lawyer and then if you are not happy, retain another one. It is not appropriate for other lawyers to tell you to do something in court when you have a lawyer.
