My ex is contempt but he moved out of state and I do not know his address. How do I file contempt papers against him?

Start by talking to a lawyer. A contempt may or may not be the proper choice.

You can file a contempt in the same court that issued the order. You would have to serve him where he lives. If this is a child support issue there are other avenues for enforcement. I suggest you speak to an attorney before filing anything.
