My x will not Honor our Divorce papers. I cannot get personal or equal divide of Marital property, also owes me money. I called till she took out a Restraining Order saying she was in fear of her life, at Court I presented the Judge e-mails and phone records showing she was not. The Judge threw it out. I hired an Attorney. She sent a letter telling her she was in Contempt and had 5 days to respond, she didn't she alo sent a copy of the Motion for Contempt. We went to Court, the Judge says she was not in willful Contempt and said I would have to have a Civil Trial w/ a Jury. Is this right or is he full of it like my Lawyer said? He kept talking about eating lunch. That is what he wanted to do, just get it over with.
