Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Copies of non-disclosed information
What are the laws pertaining to making copies of ex
boyfriends tax returns without his knowledge of it
and attorney using them in a paternity case? What can happen to person who made copies? The attorney
assured client there would no trouble. His corporate
attorneys are filing suit (I think) What is the worst
possible scenerio?

Re: Copies of non-disclosed information
Well, the worst case scenario is that SOMEONE could go to jail and/or get sued. However, there are entirely too many aspects that need to be analyzed by an attorney in person to give you a really reliable answer here. Talk to a local attorney.
