Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Copy right

My husband was writing a book before he passed away and he left the original manuscript behind with me. His daughter from another marriage had an incomplete one as well. She ws told to read it. She had another person to write an ending to the story and is trying to publish it as a novel. Cans she do this if I have the original copy that was finished by my seceased spouse?

You failed to state the most important information - how was your husband's estate distributed by will or otherwise? In short, who owns the manuscript and intellectual property?
